BOVIRAL – TORNEL – 250ML

BOVIRAL-4® is indicated for the prevention of the respiratory complex of bovines, which is triggered by the presence of a group of viruses made up of microorganisms called infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR), bovine viral diarrhea (BVD), parainfluenza virus (PI-3) and bovine respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). BOVIRAL-4® is a suspension of attenuated viruses of IBR strain colorado, DVB genotype 1a and genotype 1b New York and genotype 2 cytopathic and non-cytopathic biotypes, bovine syncytial virus (RSVB) and parainfluenza virus (PI-3), using as aluminum hydroxide gel adjuvant. With the application of this vaccine, this respiratory complex is prevented, which is sometimes associated with bacterial agents that trigger respiratory symptoms, fever, lacrimation, depression, dyspnea, cough and runny nose. On the other hand, animals affected by this viral complex can present vaginitis, balanoprostitis, abortions, enteritis, conjunctivitis, encephalitis and generalized affections in newborns; for this reason vaccination with BOVIRAL-4® is important.

Boviral – Torne DOSE:
Primary immunization in calves is recommended to apply a dose before weaning, repeating the dose at 4 weeks and applying the booster at 6 months. In adult cattle, vaccinate annually. It is recommended to apply in cows and heifers between 30 to 90 days before the service.

ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION:
Intramuscular exclusively.

FORMULA:
Each 5 mL dose contains, in equivalent proportions, inactivated viruses of:

Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus (IBR), not less than 106.5 CCID * 50% / dose.
Parainfluenza virus 3 (PI-3) not less than 106.5 CCID * 50% / dose.
Bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVD) types I and II not less than 106.5 CCID * 50% / dose.
Bovine respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) not less than 106.5 CCID * 50% / dose.
Vehicle (injectable grade water), c.b.p. 5 mL.
